To the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, in the Legislature Assembled:
We, the undersigned residents of Alberta, petition the Legislative Assembly to urge the Government of Alberta to honour their commitment and
promise to ensure that all Albertans who suffer from Type 1 Diabetes will receive cost-free access to insulin pumps to help them better manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
PLEASE NOTE: The name and address of the persons who sign this may be made available to the public if the petition is in proper form to be presented in the Legislative Assembly.
