The Justice for Molested Children

It is time that our law makers take a stand on an important matter and focus on creating a new law to protect our children. Recently a 9 year old girl from Florida, Jessica Lunsford, was kidnapped from her own bedroom while she was sleeping. Jessica was not only kidnapped she was murdered by a child molester who had been arrested 24 previous times and 3 of those charges were assaults on children. Why was this individual released from prison? Why was he only sentenced to 2 years?









We need to make a demand on our government to make these sick individuals face the death sentence. Who gave these individuals the right to violate our children and then take their life? Even if a child was to survive this horrendous attack they will be scared for life and the criminal will receive his or her time and then be free to do it all over again. It has been proven that they child molester will act again upon their release. Do we want to sit back and hope that our children are not the next possible victim or do we want to do something to control this 'Sick Population"?









I do not want to be the next one to wake up and find my child missing. I want our government to take a look at the severity of this problem and pass a law that any sexual predator will be sentenced to death, maybe even life without parole to keep these animals off the street and allow our children to grow up in a safer world.
