The release of the entire Danger Mouse series on DVD and VHS

We, the Undersigned, understand that you, FremantleMedia, are owners of the rights to Cosgrove-Hall's TV series, Danger Mouse, and we are currently dissatisfied with your present course of action to release the series to the general public.
The existing Danger Mouse collection released by both you and the late Pearson Television suffers from poor mastering resulting in bad sound quality, and the MPEG-II encoding has not been optimized for animation, creating a 'ghosting' effect on fast-paced motion. The collection has also only covered less than half of the series (with the episodes presented in an uncanny order) leaving the remaining episodes nigh on impossible for fans to collect in a satisfactory and legal manner.
We believe that since you hold the rights to the series, you have an obligation to ensure that the general public are granted sufficient access to the entire series, and therefore we hereby request the following:
1a) You promptly finish releasing the rest of the series in the present manner - on single DVD and VHS releases - or,
1b) You release the entire series, with the episodes in chronological order in a "collector's edition" DVD or VHS box-set
2) The existing and future releases be presented in a choice of NTSC and PAL for worldwide viewers.
3) The mastering quality is reviewed to ensure the highest possible sound quality, and that the DVD-encoding is correctly conducted so that animated footage does not suffer from the aforementioned 'ghosting' effect.
4) The distribution is worldwide and not exclusive to the UK.
We trust you will take note of our concerns and requests, and that you would take action accordingly.
