This petitions purpose is to disqualify the band Cimmerian from the battle of the bands final held at The Rock nightclub in Maplewood MN, for using material other than their own.
The other bands taking part were under the impression that covering other musicians songs was not allowed, and that the sets must be 100\% their own.
Cimmerian had 3 unoriginal songs in their set, strongly putting them at a popularity advantage with the crowd that the other bands were denied.
Due to this fact we do not agree that they should be given the winning title, nor receive the prize awarded.
