Tottenham Hotspur FC is one of the most respected football teams in the Britain, Europe and the World, with decades of pedigree, class and trophies behind you. You have recently changed your logo and removed from it your motto "Audere est Facere" which translates as "To Dare is To Do", replacing this with simply "Tottenham Hotspur". Whilst the new logo is very much a step in the right direction, and shows the heritage of the club as well as its future, the removal of the Latin motto is disappointing. We as Spurs fans are proud of our club's history and of our motto, and ask for its reinstatement alongside the new logo. We love our club and the direction which it is being taken in by Daniel Levy and the rest of the board, but we are also proud of our motto. We hereby ask the club to consider our proposal to bring back those three simple words "Audere est Facere" as part of the club crest. They are as much a part of Tottenham as the bricks that pave Bill Nicholas Way
