The Unite tenancy agreement states under section 3.9.1: "The Tenant will allow the Landlord and those authorised by the Landlord upon reasonable written notice (except in cases of emergency) to enter the Flat at reasonable times to inspect its condition". On 14/03/11 rooms were entered in Newarke Point and inspected despite no one receiving any written notice. By doing so we feel Unite have broken their tenancy agreement and should issue an apology.
