Uproar Winnipeg

Uproar festival is skipping Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on the 2011 tour and a lot of people in Winnipeg want it here! It was amazing last year and it isn't fair some cities get it two years in a row while Winnipeg is left out! I think we'll need at least 5000 minimum signatures to even make them think of bringing it to Winnipeg!
