URCS, freedom of choice

This petition refers to freedom of choice in second life. I consider i have the right to choose whatever system for role play. LL or DMCA acting on a simple complaint without any actual proof of copyright issues, sent an email about deleting every script or HUD of URCS system. The choices of the maker of that system are limited. Going into court with the person who made the complaint means loss of money, it means breaking every rule according to which second life was built. As far as i know, it is not the accused person the one who should bring proof of innocence, but the accuser has to bring proof of his accusations!
I trust and support URCS in second life, i trust its creator and i trust is an original creation. The accusations are coming from persons interested to create some sort of monopoly in combat/role play systems in second life. Deleting the scripts, forcing the creator to shut down servers means an infringement to freedom of choice.
