Vegan food at airports and on flights

As a frequent vegan traveler, bringing my own food, sometimes not, often times think of my fellow vegans who do not have food to eat on their road. i petition the airline industry and airport service industry to make it a REQUIREMENT to have at least one vegan meal item on each flight that services meals; and at least one vegan restaurant available in each airport that have food services. If there is a law to require disability accomodations for every businesses, why not for vegans?!
