Vote for Amnesty and Be Impeached

We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, strongly oppose the current Senate bill that offers amnesty for tens of millions of lawbreakers at a cost of TRILLIONS to taxpayers.

You have drafted this bill in secret, and are attempting to pass it against the will of the citizens of the U.S.

Because the majority of U.S. Senators have shown they cannot be trusted to represent the citizens of the U.S., you are hereby put on notice that a YES vote for the Senate Amnesty bill (or on a YES vote cloture, which is equivalent to a vote for amnesty) will result in articles of impeachment being filed against you.

We demand that you cease all support and consideration of Amnesty (by whatever name), or face the consequences.


Some of the worst aspects of the bill are listed below:

This bill would grant amnesty to nearly all illegal immigrants (12-20 million or more) currently in the United States.

The Amnesty will cost U.S. Taxpayers at least $2.6 Trillion (http://www.heritage.org). The government also wants to grant illegals Social Security benefits for the period they worked here illegally. This is guaranteed to bankrupt Social Security.

This bill would have severe repercussions for homeland security. It allows the terrorists a chance to create fraudulent identities. There cannot be a real war on terrorism as long as the U.S. does not enforce its immigration laws against all would-be illegal entrants and illegals already in the country.

This bill would essentially end any enforcement of illegal immigration laws, by transforming Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from a law enforcement agency into an amnesty distribution center. It would prevent an ICE agent from detaining any illegal who appears eligible for the Z visa, which means just about all of them. Instead of arresting an illegal alien, the ICE agent would be required to provide him with a visa application. By requiring that law breakers be rewarded with a path citizenship, any meaningful enforcement of immigration laws would forever cease.

Via the SPP provision, the bill would accelerate the creation a North American Union (integrating Canada, Mexico and the U.S.) to the detriment of our national sovereignty. This is section alone is grounds for being charged with treason.

Congress has passed 7 amnesties for illegal aliens, starting in 1986. None of the promises to improve enforcement or prevent further waves of illegals has been kept.

A list by U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), of 20 loopholes that show the bill is fatally flawed, and will not establish a functioning immigration system in the future.
