WATTS Up Energy Plan

We call on you to rapidly approve the two companies that WATTS Up America is approaching CAEATFA with. They are Global PV Specialists & one of several electric auto companies to build manufacturing facilities to support an ambitious plan that calls for a Renewable Highway. Solar powering rapid charging stations that will provide electric autos the energy they need with a fuel source that is unlimited and only uses sand as a recourse. This is in a time where Goldman Sachs says Oil Could Spike to $105 150 in the next year to two years. This will impact the state of California that consumes 655 million barrels of oil, by some 33 65 BILLION a year. This will be market driven and have about twice the economic impact that the energy crisis did but this one we will not be able to go to a court to get back our money. We call on you to support the WATTS Up America energy plan by first creating in infrastructure that will make it possible.

Additionally we agree that should the plant be funded that we will buy as much PV solar that its monthly payment is less than part of or all of our electric bill and reverse metered back onto the grid. We also will buy electric autos so long as the monthly payments are reasonable to the fuel payment that I am making now.
