To whom it may concern,
This petition is for the NFL, NFLPA, The New Orleans Saint's and the Monistere brothers, all of who have tried to make claim to the phrase Who Dat?

Who Dat is not a tangible item, it is a phrase that has been used and will be used as long as a region survives. A phrase used by all members of the nation. White, Black, Creole, Cajun, Asian and Hispanic alike. It means more than the New Orleans Saint's. It means despite our differences, despite the fact that we have different life experiences, cultures, religions and habits. We are one, under one phrase. We are Who Dat's! Across the world Who Dat's exist. Despite the difference's we may have, we are united under one nation, under one symbol, under one phrase, WHO DAT? WE DAT! We own who dat. It belongs to us all, and we will not relinquish and or pay for the right to be and use who dat. You can't copyright the phrase I am an American, and you can't copyright the phrase Who Dat?
We are the Who Dat Nation. We own Who Dat! We will never pay to have the right to display our Who Dat. It is offered gratis, free of charge, to anyone who wishes to use it. And in the immortal words of the WHO DAT NATION "Laissez les bon temps rouler" "Let the good times roll"!
