For nearly three weeks, Microsoft's Xbox Live Service has been having moderate to severe connection problems.
These problems include, but are not limited to:
-Severe to complete connection failure in match-made games, specifically Call Of Duty 4 and Halo 3
-Inability to recover gamer tags
-Loss of data and game achievements
-Xbox Live Dashboard freezing and failure
In response to compensate for the STILL malfunctioning service, Microsoft plans to provide its Xbox Live customers with a free XBL Arcade game.
We feel that the completely lack of service, help, and explanation in this situation is unacceptable. A free arcade game does not compensate for nearly three weeks of malfunctioning of a paid service.
We ask for either preferably a month of Xbox Live added to our subscriptions, or an amount of Microsoft Points to make up for this unacceptable behavior of this service.
