Abusive seller on ebay

Recently I had very bad experience on purchasing a item from ebay. The seller's name is Will Stanton(Ebay username: nothingbeatsahummer.) My story is that I request seller that I will paid with paypal, the seller did not agree or disagree but keeping senting a notice without any final amount of the item and this seller only accept cash and money order. I was confuse and did not know that I should sent the money to him, then suddently he left me negative feedback and also send rude, racism and abusive email to me. Below is some of the email he sent me.

IN THIS PORTION OF THE AUCTION BODY YOU BALL-FACED LIAR !!
After receiving such abusive email, I was upset of this seller. So if any of ebay bidder who receive wrong treatment from this abusive seller please support my petition, I will collect this data and send to ebay support and let ebay aware of such abusive seller. thank you for your help.
