I ask that all Adelphia Powerlink customers who are unhappy with the 128 kilobit upload speed, speak up here and sign this petition. The 128 kilobit upload speed is a very low and unfair upload speed when Adelphia is advertising braodband high speed internet connectivity. This upload speed is very limiting and needs to be increased by Adelphia. I petition Adelphia to increase our upload speed without hindering our current download speed.

I asked an Adelphia tech and he/she said that it could be bypassed somehow using a proxy server... I dunno how.

This cap severely limits the ability to use VoIP while running my business out of my home. If there is some technical limitation that is preventing them from changing this to a reasonable speed please let me know.

Upload speed is a JOKE. 256K is the least they could do. I have NEVER seen a company with an upload cap this low. Not asking for anything unreasonable, but it needs to be raised. At LEAST 256K.
