I really want to play with a decent ping, Playing with 300-400ms on average isnt enjoyable, especially when it interferes with so much like spell casting time, it stuffs that up

Ive transferred everytime they pop up so i can get to low pop servers to reduce lag. A ping of 500+ on ADSL is incomprehensible and damn right wrong.
