464.2 Everyone who knowingly imports into Canada, exports from Canada, manufactures, promotes or sells instruments or literature for illicit drug use is guilty of an offense and is liable on summary conviction
(a) for a first offense, to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or both; or
(b) for a second or subsequent offense, to a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

This petition is in support of Natalie at The Benevolent Stranger. We believe that she was charged under the false circumstances stated above and have witnessed and fully support the fact she did not promote drug use.

I`m having a hard time understanding why this is happening to this paticular shop owner! On my travels around Ontario, I`ve seen this type of goods sold openly! Within police eye sites, so why this shop! Sounds like discrimination to me !
