BON JOVI SHOULD BE CHOSEN BY THE NFL TO PLAY THE HALFTIME SHOW AT THE SUPER BOWL IN DALLAS FOR 2011

We, the undersigned worldwide fans of rock musician JON BON JOVI and his band, BON JOVI respectfully request that the National Football League (NFL) in the United States choose Bon Jovi as the half-time show entertainment for the 2011 Super Bowl being held in Dallas Cowboy stadium and to be televised to a worldwide audience on CBS.

Among the selection criteria outlined by the Vice President of Programming for the NFL and the NFLs Director of Programming are:

1. We like people whose songs are very familiar to people of all ages, all demographics.
* BON JOVI exceeds this criteria: his fan base is multi-generational, consisting of parents and their children from 26 years excelling in the music industry; along with the new, young fans the band makes worldwide with each music release.

2. The NFL looks for acts that have anthemic and explosive music; and they emphasize that those two words are really vital parts of making the Super Bowl come alive.
* BON JOVI songs are sung along with at virtually every show by every fan in attendance.
* BON JOVI songs that are explosive and anthemic include: Have A Nice Day, Livin On A Prayer, You Give Love A Bad Name, Its My Life, One Wild Night, Who Says You Cant Go Home, Keep The Faith, We Werent Born To Follow, Born To Be My Baby, and Wanted Dead or Alive, to name a few.

3. Additional supporting evidence that BON JOVI is renowned and mainstream enough to increase viewership and provide unsurpassed entertainment:

* BON JOVI has sold over 120 million albums during a 26-year career around the world.
* BON JOVI has performed thousands of shows in front of millions of fans in every corner of the globe.
* BON JOVI is the only mainstream rock band to have a #1 hit on the Country Music charts (Who Says You Cant Go Home with Jennifer Nettles of Sugarland). This is relevant because the 5 acts being considered by the NFL for Dallas are almost ALL country music acts with the exception of Jimmy Buffet.
