Bring Tingle into Twilight Princess

Mr. Tingle, the green tights-wearing man that appeared in fantastic The Legend of Zelda titles such as the Wind Waker and Majora's Mask, is nonexistent in Nintendo's newest episode: The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess. The Nintendo Wii console has internet connectivity, and it has been stated that downloadable content for this game is very possible. Tingle needs to be brought into The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess via free download.
