Dear Treyarch,
We would like to have the ability to use the Combat Training (which competes and lets users train against A.I. controlled bots for honing their combat skills) offline.
It was once mentioned to be an offline feature, but was then confirmed by David Vonderhaar as to be an online only feature.
It is not understandable as in why this decision has been made, and there is a large amount of players who do not have a capable internet connection to be connected to the online service.
What we would like is for the "Combat Training" feature to be made offline, for us to able to play without the need of an internet connection, as was once intended.

totally agree, i was hoping that when my internet messes up (which it often does) i could at least play combat training. maybe make it offline, but also online for playing with friends.

Why did you guys have to put bots only online? For those players who cannot afford xbox live or psn, as myself, thought they could experience cod multiplayer without having to go through the hassle of buying the needed equipment in order to play online. P
