Change The Rules

This petition is to state that the web site www.neopets.com has too many rules. They are way to strict, and they need to eliminate some of them. For example, no music in our lookup, and no glow fonts. But of all the rules, I think the most stupid one is how we are not allowed to have contest in out guild. I had ONE mystery pic before and they deleted ALL of my guild content and got a warning. Then I put the layout back up and the next day I got another warning for having another contest, and it would be my last warning. Now, the first time it was a contest, but the second time I said it was just for fun. It was just a mystery pic for Pete's sake! So all of you that DON'T agree with the rules, sign below ^.^
