We the undersigned are appalled at the rules of the DCA (Dalmatian Club of America) regarding rescue organizations. The rules state that DCA rescue organizations will not place a deaf dog of any age. We understand the rules regarding not breeding or selling deaf dogs for obvious reasons, but by refusing to let rescue organizations who belong to the DCA rescue deaf dogs, you are defeating the whole purpose of the rescues. Rescues are created to help save and place dogs who for one reason or another are not able to be sold or adopted through other means. We the undersigned, are either members of a rescue organization, owners of deaf dogs, concerned citizens, or a combination of any or all of the above. By signing this petition, we agree that we are opposed to this rule of the DCA and demand that it be changed. Thank you for your time.
