Since 19/04 CyberOne made a significant change to their network with little notice (if at all for most subscribers). Since doing so, there has been very little explanation or support from their staff & management.
The network performance has decreased significantly, and subscribers are left paying high fees for subpar performance.
Due to lack of response or assistance through this (ie. lack of customer service), we the subscribers of CyberOne would like to receive a discount for a month, or be released from our contract terms.
