We, the undersigned, believing that Western Canada has been mistreated (colloquially known as "screwed") since Confederation and will continue to be mistreated in perpetuity by the Federal Government, hereby demand the Government of Canada supply a bottle of high quality water soluble anal lube for each man, woman, and child in the West (The provinces of BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Nunavut, as well as the North West Territories and the Yukon Territory) once per annum starting with the year 2005.
