We, the users of the AOL Instant Messanger (AIM) program, would like to request the enabling of images in AIM user Profiles. Quite often a user would love to share a picture with his/her friends over their AIM profiles, but are reduced to using a link to a website address.
The problem then arises: What if that person does not have the ability to host their picture on the web somewhere? How come they cannot just insert their picture directly into the profile? It is because the HTML tag for images has been disabled in the AIM profile viewer. We are therefore requesting the enabling of this tag, to more easily permit users to share their favorite pictures.
