WE SUPPORT THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF NELSON RODRIGUEZ FROM WRONGFUL CONVICTION AND INCARCERATION.
COMPLAINT:
WITH DOCUMENTARY PROOF AND NOT MERELY BALD ALLEGATIONS THE FOLLOWING UNCONSCIONABLE AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL MISCONDUCT OF THE OFFICE OF THE BRONX DISTRICT ATTORNEY, (STATED HERE BELOW IN PARAGRAPH A,B,AND C), RESULTED IN PETITIONER'S NELSON RODRIGUEZ, ILLEGAL AND WRONGFUL CONVICTION.
A. Nelson Rodriguez was tried and convicted before a Bronx County Supreme Court on criminal charges for which no valid indictment had been issued by a grand jury, nor had been filed by a grand jury CPL&190.65[3].
B. The judgement was allegedly procured by duress, misrepresentation and/or fraud on the part of the court and/or the prosecutor or a person acting for or on behalf of a court and/or prosecutor.
C. The prosecutor's gross and intentional unconstitional misconduct can be best described by confidential documentary evidence attached hereto this Petition as follows: (a) intentional withholding of material evidence; (b) fraud; (c) misrepresentation; (d) subordination of perjured testimony; (e) committed state and federal RICO crime acts, by using the Office of the Bronx District Attorney and its powers to launder illegal drug money of a key prosecution witness through a well fabricated bail bond and asset forfeiture proceedings.
