This petition has be made to have Mayor Gavin Newson of San Francisco, arrested and charged for withholding information.
Recently the mayor, Gavin Newsom has been involved in a scandal, in which he had an affair with the wife of his political aide. According the the San Francisco Chronicle, Mayor Gavin Newsom said when questioned "about Tourk's resignation and the affair" Mayor Gavin Newsom said clearly:
"I'm not making any public comment. I'm just not." thus withholding evidence.

In San Francisco "Giving or receiving oral sex is prohibited."
By refusing to further speak on the affair, he is preventing a criminal case from being filed against him, by withholding vital, and explicit information about the affair.
Until it is proven that he did not commit a crime by receiving or giving oral sex, he should be charged with withholding information until he reveals the information of the affair.
