Help Me Take Over Your World

I, Jesse Campbell, am petitioning to become ruler of your world. If this petition has accumulated enough signatures (about 7 billion would be the current estimate as of the year 2005,) I promise to help stop all war, famine, disease, and just unnecessary unhappiness around the world. I would do that by uniting all the countries in the world into 3 large Super-Countries (Eurafrica (current Europe and Africa), America (current North and South America) and Austrasia (current Australia and Asia). Each would be assigned a leader that I and each of the other leaders could trust, with me being the Ulti-Pol (the Leader of all 3 Super-Countries, much like the states in the United States versus the whole country itself. Each current country would maintain its current boarders, with their current leaders in place. Each leader of the country would then be placed into a World-Senate, with each memeber having one vote. The World-Senate must have at least a 75\% in favor of a law or proposition before it could become law, especially if it would pertain to border changes or anything directly affecting a certain country. In this case, the country in question would then have their vote count 26\% towards the total.
These are the types of reforms that I would institute as Ulti-Pol of the Earth. I would also institue freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of peaceful protest and assembly, and a form of democracy would be set in place in every country that wishes it so.
So if you would like a more peaceful planet, one that would thrive and create, and ,for example, hopefully be able to kick the butts of space-alien invaders that wish to suck out the brains of every second cousin on the planet, then sign this petition.
