No service has been provided and will not be provided as the month is over therefore the people of HRM are entitled to their money BACK
The $52 they took from seniors, the $64 they took from students and the $70 they took from everyone else who purchased a pass
This is their hard earned money and this money could help pay for an alternative solution for transportation
