HOT TOPIC STORES SHOULD EXPAND OVERSEAS
Hot Topic is a chain of retail stores that are located in malls across the United States. Lately, the number of chains has been increasing radically once people realized it is more than just gothic apparel for sad and crazy teenagers. Although Hot Topic is primarily based on the music industry, there have been recent trends in the store to bring back memorabilia from shows and fads from the 80s.
~*~Crazy Trends~*~ There is no other store like it. Hot Topic offers all the fads and trends you see the rock stars and actors wear that you wonder where in the world they got them. Hot Topic is unique. Its the store you dont want your kids going into, because you are afraid what they will look like when they come out.
~*~80s Revival~*~ Its also more than that. Where else can you see the 80s being revived? I have yet to see another place with Transformers floor mats for your car, Strawberry Shortcake jewelry boxes, or Care Bears slippers. Hot Topic is also the place of the exclusive debut of the new Rainbow Brite doll as well as other Rainbow Brite fanatic items.
~*~Fans All Over The World~*~ I dont think Americans are the only ones that keep up with the trends of the music industry. I also dont think Americans are the only ones that have a love for such 80s revival memorabilia.
Americans such as me join fans across the world wanting such items to be brought back. The shipping charges from the online store can be excruciating. With such a demand, it would only be a wise business move for Hot Topic to expand its stores worldwide, starting in Europe and Canada. Help me and others to let Hot Topic know just how unique it is and how loved it would be overseas.
