Immediate Unconditional Permanent Removal of Minx.eh from DS Ultimate Forums

It is now apparent that the user Minx.eh is the core of all the major problems on DS Ultimate, and her drama is driving away users from the site. It is also clear that Minx.eh cannot return to the site without adressing her issues with others that have issues with her, (if that makes any sense) and clearly is obsessed with maintaining control of what little she has. She also seems dedicated to taking down OASIS.2011 and the good virtues it stands for. Minx.eh will try to defend, but her mere prescence on the site is enough to spurn up problems out of nothing, and it needs to end.

Minx.eh is quite notorious for doing the following: (all can be proven with the cross-referenced evidence that I can provide to you at any time)

1. Minx.eh was very successful at trolling most of the moderators and the administrators to permanently ban me from the site (this I have credible proof of), even after I clearly stated on my profile that I wanted to make peace and promised to leave Minx.eh alone. I was banned in less than twenty-four hours upon creating the profile Anima2011. You could say I was wrongfully ostracized.

2. Other users clearly dislike the fact that she is on the site, and Minx.eh's irrational actions lead to obscene crowd behavior, leading to more chaos. It is therefore a violation of terms that Minx.eh can gather the powers of the moderators and administrators without providing rational explanation without being "found out".

3. Over time, Minx.eh has become less aware of her own actions, and even admitted to a moderator (in which I have printed proof of) that she watches over all of their (and that could be countless places INCLUDING OASIS.2011) pages EVERY DAY to make sure they are not potential to cause anyone to ostracize her. She also takes pride in the fact that she insults other users, and because of her high defense of the moderators and Administrators, her actions are either ignored altogether, or she merely gets off the hook with what I would call "a slap on the wrist and a warning".

4.Minx.eh has clearly not lived up to her status of "Permanently Gone". She comes back to the site to make sure nobody is spamming, trolling, or flaming on her profile comment board. (This is not a major issue, but I felt that this needed to be addressed.)

If the action to PERMANENTLY and UNCONDITIONALLY BAN Minx.eh from the site is taken, the DSU site may be able to see the light of peace. Even so, people create sockpuppet accounts even after they are banned. (The "Incubis" was a sockpuppet. The "Anima2011" account was NOT a sockpuppet.) I, and several other users have clearly demonstrated that DSU does not ban IP adresses, and banning is easy to circumvent on the site with the simple change of a browser (i.e. changing from Internet Explorer to Firefox) because afterwards, logout is impossible. This brings up another topic which I may discuss in the future, unless this action is taken now. I have made up my points, and any attempt of Minx.eh to try to deny any of this should not and will not be supported by any other individual. It is with great respect to the DS Ultimate Forums and its moderators and administrators that I create this petition, after no action was taken after reporting Minx.eh several times, and defending my own innocence. Minx.eh is clearly guilty of what she has done over time on the forum, violating what I believe is a core value not only to the DS Ultimate Forums, but to all Internet communities such as DSU across the globe.
