Improve the Fire System at Bursley

We, the residents of Bursley Hall at the University of Michigan, feel that we are being treated poorly. The fire alarms in Bursley Hall have been going off too frequently. As a group, we believe that this problem can be fixed.

The Residence Hall Association must act for the improved standard of living at Bursley Hall. It is for this reason, that we are requesting improvements be made to the Bursley Hall fire bells. As a community, we the residents of Bursley would leave our dormitory for a period of up to eight hours in order for the proper maintenance to be performed on the system.

We hope that the RHA will act in our favor. The signatures below affirm this statement. Please fix our fire system, so that we can enjoy Bursley for the rest of the year.

Below are the signatures of those Bursley residents that would vacate the dorm for a period of up to eight hours in order to perform maintenance on and improve the fire system.
