Keep The Tribe in Buffalo

Since 1995, The Cleveland Indians have had and outstanding relationship with the Buffalo Bisons. We want to keep it that way.

1)Durring the 14 season relationship, Cleveland has made the playoffs seven times.

2) Their record since signing the deal had been 874-726. That is a winning percentage of .546

3) The year the petition was signed, 1995, was the first year that the Indians made the playoffs in 20 years.

4) Grady Sizemore started out in Buffalo. He is now one of the top Outfielders in the game.

5) Jhonny Peralta as the MVP of the year when he was with AAA. He is now the star shortstop for Cleveland.

6)Fausto Carmona had a terrible year in 2006. In 2007, he went down to Buffalo and conditioned. The same year, he went 19-7, and became a candidate for the Cy Young Award.

7) The Buffalo Bisons have one of the most advanced AAA facilites. Many experts have even compared them to those of the major leagues.

8) Eric Wedge himself, the manager of the Cleveland Indians, started out managing in Buffalo. He has said that staying with Buffalo would be the best option.
