Lack of Service from MyRosso

We the players of Ran Online MyRosso (http://ran.myrosso.com/en/index.asp) wish to petition regarding MyRosso lacks of responsibility while handling customers problems

the latest example would be on the 31/12/2007 11.45pm MyRosso(EN) server suddenly disconnected and players are unable to connect until 1/1/2008 11.41am (time of petition being written)

Even though this game is an F2P (Free to Play) yet players are able to purchase premium items which enables to gain double or triple experience during game play. These items are called "Resurrection Training Rosary(1D)"

These premium items cost money and "Resurrection Training Rosary(1D)" will expire after 24 hours upon activation.

With the server being disconnected players are not able to "Fully Utilized" these premium items and making them wasting players not only time but also money.

We the players of MyRosso(EN) wish to demand from MyRosso that

1) Refund all the players Resurrection Training Rosary(1D) that are being activated before the sever connection time

2) Demand better customer services and will held better responsibility in maintaining the server in the future
