Legislation for the mandatory disclosure of all UK diplomatic 'cables'

The events of 'Cablegate' have brought into sharp relief, that we, the people of the United Kingdom and our interests, are being -quite necessarily- nationally and internationally represented on a political and personal level by a select few and further that we are ignorant of the fashion and quality of this representation, it is understood that these representatives are governed, as are we all, by UK Law and the current Prime Minister, We deem this at this point in our social development, insufficient accountability.

As such we request, in the present spirit of public involvement and transparency, it become point of law that all diplomatic 'cables'/communiques, produced by our national and international representatives be made -unedited but for minimal redactions to protect physical life- available, publicly, without request no more than five years after their production.
