There has been an abundance of criminal activity associated with the residents of and visitors to 3941 Knight Street and 3943 Knight Street. The Vancouver Police Department have been involved in a number of investigations and arrests connected to the residences. The criminal activity has spread into our community in the likes of drug dealing, open drug use, discarded drug paraphenalia, prostitution and robberies of persons and properties.
A Development Permit has been approved with the City of Vancouver (Development Permit Number DE415903), but it is subject to a number of items to be satisfied with the City of Vancouver which are required in order for development permits to be issued. The longer we wait for something to be done, the more the crime will continue.
Kindly sign this petition in support of condemning 3941 Knight Street and 3943 Knight Street and removing the criminal activity which eminates from these residences into our neighbourhood impacting the safety of our families and children who live in this community.
