I've been watching the #trainz channel in IRC and have noticed somethings going downhill. There have been many attacks from users against the ops (and vice versa), mainly against the CoC which can be too heavily enforced. The CoC itself is fine.
I feel whoever is incharge of IRC and chat, should make an offtopic channel where the CoC isn't so heavily enforced. Where we can have freedom of speech, and adult conversations without resulting in a kick/ban etc. Thats my proposal.
