We, the former clients of PaySystems' Internet Business Account (IBA) program, ask that the Government of Canada and the Province of Quebec investigate the injustices faced by thousands of merchants worldwide due to the unfair dealings of PaySystems Corporation. We ask that one-hundred percent of the funds owing on our accounts prior to PaySystems' unrealistic fees and penalties be promptly returned on or before November 24, 2004.
