WE, THE UNDERSIGNED Citizens of the state of Pennsylvania petition the General Assembly and Governor Edward Rendell, to support and sign into law, legislation that requires a PRESUMPTION OF JOINT CUSTODY in Pennsylvanias Child Custody Act.
We believe this law should expressly provide that Joint custody and substantially equal parenting time is in the Best Interest of a Child.
