We, people duped into downloading bug ridden DLC software for Fallout 3 (or buying the same bug ridden add-on content as part of the GOTY edition), tired of the frustration of trying to play bug riddled DLC that freezes constantly and often has less than 1 FPS (unplayable) when attempts are made to play it, seeing no aknowledgement by Bethesda of any such obvious defects or any efforts by Bethesda to fix them (their release of the bug riddled software in the just released PS3 GOTY edition speaks volumes about their intentions not to fix the software before further release, and Bethesda's focus on reaping short term profits from releasing buggy and unplayable software with no discernable QA testing before its release) resolve and demand that:
Bethesda pay all victimized/defrauded customers twice the amount they paid for defective PS3 Fallout 3 DLC and GOTY editions--the amount paid for the defective software plus the same amount to compensate victimized customers for the many extra hours of frustration each duped customer spent attempting to play this hopelessly bug riddled software that more than totally negated any potential pleasurable gameplay that might have been experienced without this majorly bug riddled software.
As Sony was duped by Bugthesda to put these defective DLCs on its network and cannot refund what customers were bilked out of for this software, we demand that Bethesda set up a process whereby we can submit claims for payment of the noted twice the amount paid through them.
And, we hope, by Bugthesda thusly being negatively financially affected by their release of knowingly bug riddled software through these refunds, that this will deter it from defrauding customers thusly in the future for short term financial gain at the expense of formerly loyal customers, and cause it to finally put its software through a rigorous and industry best practice QA testing process to route out all bugs before it releases any more games or DLC in the marketplace.
