Petition to the Governor of New Jersey to Investigate Numerous Complaints & Allegations concerning the company of Pressler & Pressler, LLP in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey.







We, the undersigned, do hereby petition Governor Corzine / State of New Jersey; United States of America to thoroughly investigate the numerous complaints and allegations concerning the Law Firm of Pressler & Pressler, LLP and their involvement(s) in the Superior Court of New Jersey: Law Division in the Special Civil Part concerning their Debt Collection Activities/Procedures including but not limited to the following;







1.) Within the past 32 Months there have been numerous complaints against Pressler & Pressler, LPP with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau.







2.) The status of the company with the New Jersey Better Business Bureau is currently Unsatisfactory.







3.) Pressler & Pressler, LLP constantly freezes consumers Bank Accounts without giving the American Tax Payer Due Process.







4.) Pressler & Pressler, LLP constantly violates numerous articles of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act in their dealings with New Jersey consumers.







5.) Pressler & Pressler, LLP constantly violates numerous articles of the Federal Privacy Act in their dealings with New Jersey consumers.







6.) Pressler & Pressler, LLP have been linked with Bank Fraud activities by way of receiving stolen Account Numbers and attempted to collect outdated debts from said accounts.







7.) Numerous Civil Suits against Pressler & Pressler, LLP including Grandberry, et al., v. Pressler & Pressler; as well as Nthenge, et al., v. Pressler & Pressler.







8.) Sheldon Pressler; owner of Pressler & Pressler, LLP is a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court to the Advisory Committee on the Special Civil Part and should be founded as a Conflict of Interest to practice in this field of New Jersey Law.







9.) Pressler & Pressler. LLPs involvement with the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles by way of Internet Connection Accessibility.







10.) Documentation concerning the usage and right of New Jersey consumers Social Security Numbers.







11.) Connection of Pressler & Pressler, LLP to New Century Financial & Palisade Collections.
