This is a petition to legally ban reproduction by rednecks. If you speak with a twang, are missing a silly amount of teeth, own any sort of vehicle that has been raised, go by the name bub, bubby, bubba or skeeter you shall be legally prohibited from reproduction. If you own a Confederate Flag, have cars that don't run covering your yard and broken appliances on your front porch, you shall be prohibited from breeding. If you think bass fishing and Nascar are real sports, you shall be prohibited from breeding.
