Petition to name a hurricane Tuksu

This is a petition to World Meteorological Organization to add finnish name Tuksu to their list of names of hurricanes. WMO keeps six lists of names that are used to choose names for hurricanes. Only one list is used each year. The name of the first hurricane of the season starts with an A, the next with a B and so on. When an especially destructive hurricane happens, its name is retired and a new name starting with the same letter is added to the list. We petition WMO to either extend one of the lists with the name Tuksu, or to add name Tuksu when a name starting with a T is retired.
