We strongly object to the planning application submitted by Manaquel Ltd. seeking permission for the new pipes in the common parts of Dorchester Court on Herne Hill. Furthermore we demand their removal as soon as possible because:
- Dorchester Court is a grade II listed building and as such its original design integrity must be preserved.
- The pipes are intrusive and greatly compromise the Art Deco interiors.
- They are unnecessary. The pre-existing pipes remain fit for purpose.
- They were installed without consultation and without consideration of other options.
