We, the undersigned, strongly protest on the mis-management practices by MPSJ in issuing Certificate of Fitnes for Occupantion (CFO) to the developer displite all the non-compliances in the construction project at Mutiara Court Bandar Sunway.
As a result of the above mis-management practices by MPSJ and Merge Housing Berhad, a total of 232 units apartment purchases together with their family members were suffer with both financial and emotion pressure since April 10, 2007. We are unable to occupy our apartment as there were no electricity and water supply dispite MPSJ issued CFO in March 2007.
We deeply upset with the efforts show by the Yang Dipertua of MPSJ, Aduan of Subang Jaya and Serdang, Directors of Merge Housing Berhad, MP of Kelana Jaya and MB of Selangor in respond to our above matter.
We wish to remind the above parties that we all the ordinary citizens of Malaysia are actually tax payers and voters in the coming general election.
We would also like to appeal to all resident associations across Malaysia, and the citizens of Malaysia to support our protest against such pro-longed mis-management practices by the local council.
