Please Help To Bring These Kidnappers of a Minor to Justice!

On January 15th, 2010, my minor child, 11 years old, was kidnapped by his Aunt Tara Renee Kruse, Uncle John Kruse, both of Independence, MO and his Grandmother Pamela Searcy and Grandfather by marriage Jack Searcy of Lees Summit, MO, in violation of the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act (PKPA), 28 U.S.C. 1738A, Offenses Against the Person, Section 565.153 R.S.Mo. These are felony violations and very serious offenses against a minor. My child was kept from school during this period, against his will and in violation of Missouris Compulsory Attendance Law 167.031 R.S.Mo. They had no legal right to take my child. They initiated an investigation by the State of Missouri, Department of Social Services, Children's Division against me, by providing the State with fraudulent information in order to restrain my child. This was disposed of and no case was opened. This Agency, by Social Worker Shannon Wittman, MSW II, informed me that no legal reason existed to allow the Aunt, Uncle, Grandmother or Grandfather to keep my child from me on January 21st, 2010 after an in-home investigation that same day.
They provided both Independence, MO And Lees Summit, MO Police Departments with fraudulent information in order to restrain my child. Independence, MO Police Officer Acevado was able to remove my son safely from Jack Searcy and Pamela Searcy on January 25th, 2010, in Independence, MO and return him to my custody. I have requested a commendation be awarded to Officer Acevado, as the only Police Officer that took action. Several other officers attempted to take action, but were overridden by those above them.
All of these facts are documented by the Independence MO Police Department, Report #10-6320. There is no report in Lees Summit, MO whom I contacted multiple times for assistance.
There have been no arrests made in this case as of March 24th, 2010. As a parent, I cannot fathom, after what my son and I went through, that nobody has been arrested or charged. This is not a civil matter, but a criminal matter and I was advised of such by a Prosecuting Attorney for Jackson County MO on January 22nd, 2010, who also wondered why no arrests had been made. The matter is still open by Independence MO Police Detectives unit.
I am writing this petition to gain as many possible signatures to forward to Government officials, to ensure that the responsible parties who kidnapped and inflicted abuse on my child are brought to justice.
Please take the time to sign this petition. If you are a parent, try for one minute to imagine what would go through your head for ten days. Even if not, please help bring criminals like this to justice. People that will kidnap a child, will do anything.
