Portability, Free Access, Exchangeability for all external drives

We are sick of incompatible filesystems on todays external hard drives (usb mediums). In times lead by flexibility and multimedia, the FAT system is not suitable anymore. We want all operating systems to standardize a modern file system which is supported across all operating systems. Without any drawbacks in handling or restrictions. The following features have to be included to satisfy consumer needs:

universal support
loyalty-free
integrated inside each operating system (device, game console, digital camera)
capable of files larger than 4GB
modern security aspects
indexing

We want t.o. exchange data in the way it is meant to be change, without restrictions, without compatibility issues or anything
