Pregnant Laws in NC

I have just learn we are one of the few state that does not have laws that says if a women is murder and she is pregnant then that suspect only get charge for just the women and not her child. I have protected women and investigate Domestic Violence against women and one of the causes that I have seen of women being killed is they were pregnant and killed by the boyfriend or husband due to that fact. This is one law that needed to be changed and changed quickly. Please all you contact your local senator and send them and email and link to this petition and see if we cannot get a law in place that may saves lives if they husband or boyfriend is charged for both death instead of just one and if we can make one man rethink about doing this then we could save a life.
