Re-Instatement of Mrs. Cathryn Gilson

This petition calls for the reinstatement of Mrs. Cathyrn Gilson to her post of Assistant Manager Loan Services at the Cayman Islands Civil Service Association Co-operative Credit Union Limited without prejudice and immediately upon receipt of this signed petition.
On Friday, June 6th, 2008, Mrs. Gilson was unfairly dismissed by the Managing Director, Corinne Glasgow, without a Board directive. Mrs. Gilson is an exemplary employee and works assiduously for the members of the Credit Union with unselfish fervor. She has been employed with the Credit Union for over 3 years and has amassed hundreds of clientele. In addition, she is the only compassionate staff member who members can get in contact with to explain their situation. Mrs. Gilsons dedication and commitment is incontestable due to the many personal sacrifices she has made during her tenure at the Credit Union for the members.
Therefore, we are taking a stand to ensure that the Credit Union and its Board members reconsider their decision and retain the most valuable, compassionate and exceptional staff member we have seen for a very long time.
We, the petitioners are prepared to boycott the Credit Union unless this request is carried out.
