IN THIS CASE THE REAL ESTATE MANDATES OR AGENTS, OR BROKERS OR CONSULTANTS WHO AT THE PRESENT STATE ARE VERY VERY VULNERABLE OF EXPLOITATION IN FORM OF COMMISSION DEPRIVED TO THEM OR PARTIALLY PAID EITHER BY THE CUSTOMER OR THE BUILDER. SINCE THIS IS NOT AN ORGANISED AND RECOGNISED SECTOR THE BUCK IS EITHER PASSED ON TO THE BUILDER OR DEVELOPER OR THE CUSTOMER FOR NON PAYMENT OF COMMISSION LEAVING THE REALTOR AT LURCH. IT HAS TO BE UNDERSTOOD THERE IS LOT OF EXPENSES, LEG WORK, TOILING INVOLVED IN SHOWING,SELECTING ,GATHERING INPUTS ETC.
